DAV Public School, Rehan

The school celebrated its Annual Day Function. Bhawani Singh Pathania, MLA and Vice-Chairman of the State Planning Commission, HP, was the chief guest. RK Ohri, Vice-Chairman of the school, was the guest of honour. The programme began with a warm welcome to the chief guest and guest of honour, followed by the traditional ‘Saraswati Vandana’ and singing of the DAV anthem. The event featured mesmerising songs in Hindi, Punjabi, Dogri, and Pahari, as well as thought-provoking English plays on “Mother’s Importance” and Fundamental Rights and Duties. A Hindi play on the principles of Arya Samaj was another highlight of the event. Principal Dr Rashmi Jamwal presented the annual report, providing a comprehensive overview of the school’s academic and extracurricular achievements. The programme concluded on a high note with a lively bhangra performance by students of Class XII, which had the audience dancing in their seats. The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks, presented by RK Ohri, Vice-Chairman of the school.
