DAV Public School, Palampur

The school organised the Annual Function and Prize Distribution Ceremony of the Senior Wing on its premises. Shalini Agnihotri, Superintendent of Police, Kangra, Dharamshala, was the chief guest. The programme started with the welcome of the chief guest and lighting of the lamp. Principal VK Yadav presented the annual report of the school in which the achievements of the school in academic and co-curricular activities were highlighted. The children presented colourful programmes based on Haryanvi, Rajasthani, garba, Himachali nati, English play and Bollywood mashup. A heart-touching dance highlighting the plight of Indian farmers and based on the theme of Swachhata Abhiyan was presented. At the end of the programme, Punjabi bhangra rocked the stage. The parents enjoyed the programme and encouraged the children.
