Students of the school showed their best performance in the ‘Bharat Ko Jano’ competition. Principal Rashmi Vidyarthi said the branch-level competition was organised in Jind, in which about 50 students from 14 schools participated. Yug and Garima secured the second position in the junior category, while in the senior category, Dushyant and Rakshit Goyal secured the third position out of 14 schools. She told the children that “education without sanskar is of no value. We should not forget our sanskar and culture”. To introduce the students to the glorious Indian culture, the ‘Bharat Ko Jano’ competition is organized by the Jayanti branch of the Bharat Vikas Parishad every year. The purpose of this competition is to make children aware of Indian civilisation, culture, customs, geography, and historical, social, cultural and political environment. Vidyarthi honoured the students by adorning them with medals and appreciated Vibhuti and Archana Sharma who played an important role in organising the competition.
