The school celebrated Children’s Day. Through speeches, rich tributes were paid to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who is known for his relentless efforts in increasing awareness of the rights, care and education of children. The programme had a series of interesting and exciting events like passing the ball, flower-making, mask-making, poetry recitation and art & craft. Director Naveen Mittal, in his address, encouraged students to dream big and work hard. Principal Sangeeta Mittal greeted the children warmly on the special day. She compared the children to beautiful blossoms and motivated them to spread their fragrance everywhere. She also reminded the students of the extraordinary sacrifices made by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru and asked the students to keep him as an idol in all their endeavours. The school distributed sweets, chocolates and goodies among the students.
