The school organised the annual function, titled ‘India our pride’ for the senior wing. Garima Singh, Commissioner, Income Tax, was the chief guest. After lamp lighting by the chief guest, management and principal, the function started with a ‘shabad’, followed by mesmerising musical and dance performances. The stage was set on fire with different dance forms and music performances, showing the various cultures and traditions of India. The variety of the items presented by the students on the stage such as Western dance, patriotic dance, English play, bhangra and many more enthralled the audience. Awards were distributed to the budding artists, academic achievers and sports achievers. Gurmeet Singh Arora, president, BIPS, congratulated the students, parents, and teachers for making the annual day a grand success. Principa Indu Sharma, stated that BIPS is one of the renowned institutions to reflect the multi- dimensional aspects of a child.
