Athletic meet concludes at Sainik School, Kunjpura

The 61st IH Athletic Meet, 2024 concludes. The chief guest for the closing ceremony was Ram Kumar Kashyap, MLA, Indri, and Govt Chief Whip. The chief guest was formally welcomed by Principal Col Vijay Rana and witnessed the exciting finals of the different events for the Senior, Junior and Holding House categories. In the Senior category the Best Athlete was Aryan Sheokhand (7216, T/A), in Juniors it was Aman (7473, P/B), in Holding House the Best Athlete was Yashraj (7701, Ch), the Best Athlete in Girls Category was Anandita (7627) and in Holding House Girls it was Yashu (7779). As far as the final standings of the houses are concerned, in Seniors the championship trophy was lifted by Chillianwala House and runner-Up was Thaneshwar House. In Juniors, the champion was Panipat House and runner-up was Chillianwala House and in the Holding House, trophy was lifted by Chhamb House and runner-up was Shakargarh House. In the Girls category, the Championship trophy was lifted by Chillianwala House and runner-up was Panipat. After the culmination of grand event Ram Kumar Kashyap, along with Col Vijay Rana, paid homage to the martyrs at War Memorial of the school.
