The Interact Club members of the school celebrated Diwali with inmates of Senior Citizens Home, Sector 15, Chandigarh, spreading joy and companionship among the elderly. As part of the celebration, the students distributed winter essentials and refreshments to the senior citizens. The interaction was filled with fun and entertainment, featuring activities such as ‘guess the song’, riddles, rangoli making and a soulful performance by the school music choir. This initiative not only provided an opportunity for the students to learn valuable lessons in empathy and community service but also brought smiles to the faces of the senior citizens, making them feel loved and appreciated. Principal Pamila Kaur said, “We hope to continue spreading joy and making a positive impact in our community.”
