Thirteen students of the school participated in the District-Level Games held in Dronacharya Stadium, Kurukshetra. In the U-19 category of girls, Shruti bagged the first position in shot put, second position in 4x100 relay race and third position in 100-metre race and qualified for the State-Level Games. In the U-19 boys’ category, Rakshit got the first position in 100 m and 200 m races and moved to the State-Level Games. Shivam got the third positions in 3,000 m and 5,000 m races and qualified for the State-Level Games. In the U-17 category of girls, Sakshi got the third position in high jump, while Jasmine, Navdeep, Hargun Kaur and Pranjal got the third position in 4x100 relay race. In the U-17 boys’ category, Anmol got the third positions in 100-m race and long jump event. In the U-14 category of the girls, Hargun Kaur got the second position in the 800-m hurdle race and qualified for the State-Level Games. Eight participants in all have qualified for the State-Level Games. In the District-Level Shooting Competitions of U-19 boys’, Naitik got the first position and in girls’ U-19 category Sujal got second and Harman got third positions. Naitik and Sujal have qualified for the State-Level Competitions. All position holders of all events were felicitated by Principal Dherminder Khera and Vice-Principal Narender Sharma in the morning assembly.
