Saini meets Pradhan in Delhi
Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini paid a courtesy visit to Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, who was election in-charge of Haryana, in New Delhi today.
During the meeting, several important issues were discussed between the Chief Minister and the Union Minister.
After assuming office, Saini discussed various political, economic and social matters with Pradhan, who is seen as one of the architects of BJP victory in the state. The BJP won the state for the third time in a row, with 48 seats while the challenger Congress was reduced to 37.
During the meeting, the Chief Minister honoured the Union Minister with a shawl and a bouquet, while the Union Minister welcomed him with a traditional ‘patka’.
Notably, this visit marks Saini’s first visit to New Delhi following his swearing-in.
Residents from Haryana have been visiting Haryana Bhawan in New Delhi to extend their congratulations and best wishes to the Chief Minister.
