Residents of ‘CM’s constituency’ Ladwa hopeful of big projects
With Nayab Singh Saini set to take oath as Chief Minister on Thursday, residents and BJP leaders are happy with Ladwa getting the tag of CM’s constituency.
People are hopeful that the long-pending demand of a bypass at Ladwa will now be fulfilled, and the constituency will see development.
Ravinder Sharma, a resident, said, “The Ladwa constituency has been neglected in the past, but with Ladwa MLA Nayab Saini becoming the CM, we are hopeful that it will see some good development. The condition of roads will improve and residents will get respite from jams. We are hopeful that urban and rural areas will get some big projects now.”
Pawan Garg, president of the governing body of Indira Gandhi National College, Ladwa, said, “It is a matter of great fortune that Nayab Saini, who won the election from Ladwa, has been elected for the CM’s post. This has brought glory to the whole region. Ladwa has become CM’s city and will see great development in the coming days.”
BJP leader Dhuman Singh Kirmach, vice-chairman of Haryana Sarasvati Heritage Development Board, said, “Kurukshetra residents and party workers are happy because Saini has been elected leader of the state BJP legislature party. The board has been working on various projects, and with the BJP forming the government for the third time, and the CM coming from Kurukshetra, the projects will get a boost.”
Similarly, BJP leader Dharmvir Mirzapur, who campaigned for Saini at Ladwa, said, “It is a matter of happiness for us. People will see the transformation of Ladwa. The construction of a bypass has been a long-pending demand of residents and will be fulfilled now.”
