Ludhiana, August 17
Dharam Suraksha Manch, Ludhiana, took out a protest march near Durga Temple, Jagraon bridge, today. Various social organisations, cultural and religious bodies took part in the march, which was held to voice concern over alleged atrocities against the Hindus in Bangladesh. Swami Dayanand Saraswati and Narayan Das Puri pleaded with the Sant Samaj to be united and fight for the safety of Hindus in Bangladesh.
Members of the participating organisations said that hatred against Hindus would not be tolerated at any cost and that the Centre should work to protect the Hindus in Bangladesh. — TNS
