Airport Road Zirakpur in itself holds great potential for residential development and there are other satellite pockets such as Patiala Road and Derabassi road where new projects are coming up. A number of high-rise projects are also coming up on Singhpura and Nagla road as well.

Q.Builders now are more aware about environmentally friendly construction practices as well as building plans, how much of this do you follow in your projects?
Being from a civil engineering background and a an avid yoga practitioner, taking care of our environment comes naturally to me as an individual and the same implies to our organisation.
We undertake numerous measures to encourage environmental friendly construction practices such as least use of red bricks, constructing more rain water harvesting pits, no tolerance against use of single-use plastic at the site, using the treated water from sewage treatment plant in toilet WCs through tertiary water supply system and many more. We strongly encourage other builders to practice environment friendly construction practices as our future is our responsibility.
