The effusion of gratitude, love, reverence, and awe of the students of the school for their gurus came to the fore on the birth anniversary of Dr Radhakrishnan, the iconic philosopher and educationalist. The special morning assembly commenced with ‘Saraswati vandana’, followed by ‘Guru vandana’ and dance numbers dedicated to the educators of the school. The mime presentation by students of Class XI brilliantly and comprehensively captured the painstaking efforts, infinite patience, ordeals, passion, perfection and intellectual rigour of the subject experts and class teachers alike. The genuine feelings of the junior and seniors got oozing out in the form of awe-inspiring verses. Speech by Priya of Class XI acknowledged the singular contribution of their mentors in defining and refining their definitions, imparting them life skills to learn from the ultimate teacher, ie, life. Academic director Sahil Dangi presented the teachers with the title in accordance with their well-known USPs in the assembly and enlightened one and all with his rare wisdom on real education in its complete sense.
