About the CM’s visit, Sanjeev Kumar, SDM, Malout, who holds the additional charge of Gidderbaha, said, “Teeyan Da Mela is being organised at Bhallaiana village in Gidderbaha and the CM is expected to come there. I held a meeting today at the venue, but the dates of the event to be held next week are not final yet as the reply from the CM’s office is awaited.”

He is frequently touring the constituency and holding village-wise meetings along with the party’s constituency incharge Hardeep Singh Dimpy Dhillon in an attempt to contact each and every worker.

Interacting with the media, Sukhbir said, “BJP MP Kangana Ranaut has a habit of speaking against other religions and spoiling the atmosphere. She should be booked for hurting religious sentiments of the public through her upcoming movie Emergency, but the government is standing with her.”
