Moosewala Killing: Singer’s SUV, AK-47 used by killers presented in court

Moosewala’s Thar and the AK-47 used in the crime by killers were presented in the Mansa court during the hearing of Sidhu Moosewala murder case.

The AK-47 and Thar vehicle were identified by witness Gurpreet Singh who was travelling in the Thar at the time of the incident along with Sidhu Moosewala. Gurpreet also testified and was cross-examined by the counsel for the accused. The court has fixed the next hearing on September 27.

Meanwhile, Jaggu Bhagwanpuria’s advocate did not appear in the court for some reason. So, the court issued orders for them to appear on September 27 to plead their case. At the next hearing, Sidhu Moosewala’s father Balkaur Singh and another witness Gurwinder Singh were also issued orders to appear.
