AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal will hand over appointment letters to newly selected police personnel at a function to be held here on Saturday morning.

This will be the second state function to be presided over by the ruling party’s supremo. He was the chief guest at the swearing-in ceremony of sarpanches in Ludhiana recently. Kejriwal arrived in the city this evening. After the function, he would proceed to Barnala for campaigning for Harinder Dhaliwal.
