Four killed in road accidents

Abohar: Four persons were killed in different road accidents on Sunday. In the first case, a minor died after a truck reportedly hit her near the Kandhwala bypass here. Ram Niwas Sharma (24) and his cousin Dalip (30) were killed after their bike hit a car near Kanawani village. Meanwhile, Geeta Jha died after her scooter was hit by a tractor in Sriganganagar. OC

Faridkot: With the increasing global disease burden of childhood tuberculosis (TB), a training camp-cum-workshop was organised here for doctors of three state government medical colleges for the formulation of guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of paediatric TB cases.
