The Border Security Force seized six packets of heroin near Havelian border outpost in Tarn Taran on Thursday night.

Alert jawans heard the sound of a drone coming from the Pakistan side at around 11.15 pm. Later, the sound of something dropping in the fields was heard. The drone then flew back to Pakistan.

The jawans fired 14 gunshots towards the direction of the drone.

On searching the nearby area, they seized six packet of heroin.
