Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leader Bikram Singh Majithia on Friday appealed to PM Narendra Modi to accept farmers’ demands to pave the way for Jagjit Singh Dallewal to end his indefinite fast.

He also appealed to the BJP leadership to intervene and save Dallewal’s life. Asserting that the health of the Kisan leader was in a precarious condition, Majithia said, “Let the blood of Dallewal not be on your hands.”

The SAD leader also condemned the Centre and the Haryana Government for not allowing farmers to proceed towards Delhi.
