A youth died while two others were injured today afternoon on the Abohar-Fazilka road after their makeshift cart collided with a truck.

According to information, Aman, Subhash Sethi and Ajay Kumar, all residents of Jammu Basti, were going to take bath in a canal at Dangar Khera village.

As soon as they reached near T-point, a truck coming from the opposite direction rammed into them.

A passerby took the trio to the Abohar Civil Hospital in critical condition where doctors declared Sethi dead.

Both Aman and Ajay have been undergoing treatment at a private hospital and are stated to be out of danger.
