As many as 457 cases were resolved through arbitration and mutual consent during the National Lok Adalat held at Sangrur Judicial Complex today.

Awards worth Rs 7,83,90,517 were passed by four Benches of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Roopa Dhaliwal, Civil Judge (Junior Division) Vishav Gupta, Civil Judge (Junior Division ) Jinder Singh and Civil Judge (Junior Division) in connection with 457 out of 890 cases.

Around 4,446 cases related to the Revenue Department in Malerkotla, Amargarh and Ahmedgarh subdivisions were settled at the Lok Adalats held at respective subdivisions today.
