A total of 3050 cases, including 1833 revenue disputes, were successfully resolved through arbitration and mutual consent during a National Lok Adalat held in Sangrur on Saturday.

The event was conducted under the supervision of the District Session Judge and Chairperson of the Punjab Legal Services Authority (PLSA), Sangrur, alongside the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) at a Judicial Camp.

The four benches led by Additional District and Session Judge 1, Kanwaljit Singh, Civil Judge Senior Division Roopa Dhaliwal, Additional Civil Judge Junior Division Vishav Gupta, and Civil Judge Junior Division Ankita Loomba, passed awards amounting to Rs 15,51,14,051.

Under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner Pallavi, senior district administration officials successfully settled 1833 cases with mutual consent, providing significant relief to the litigants involved.
