The Punjab Police on Monday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

A press note said the collaboration aimed at bolstering capabilities of law enforcement personnel through a series of comprehensive programmes designed to address contemporary challenges in policing.

The MoU was signed between Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Technical Services, Ram Singh and Pro-Vice Chancellor RRU Prof (Dr) Kalpesh H Wandra in the presence of DGP Gaurav Yadav at the Punjab Police Headquarters here today. The DGP said the collaboration was a significant step towards fostering excellence in law enforcement.
