In the supplementary chargesheet, the police claimed that Central Forensic Scientific Laboratory (CFSL) reports have confirmed that the documents submitted in the Estate Office regarding the transfer of a house in Sector 37 were signed by the accused.
The police have attached the CFSL reports in the supplementary chargesheet. Public prosecutor Ashok Rohila filed the supplementary challan before the court.
The police had sent the documents submitted in the Estate Office, hand writing of the accused and bank and property papers related with the alleged property grab case to the CFSL to check their authenticity. The police claim that all CFSL reports had further confirmed the prosecution case.
