The police have received a complaint of black marketing of remdesivir injections by an employee of a private hospital in Sector 69.

Sources said three doctors in the hospital administration had complained that “an employee of the hospital is illegally procuring injections from the hospital pharmacy and selling it on black market”.

The invoice of injections and an audio clip was brought to the notice of the district administration and the Phase-8 SHO Ramesh Kumar here today.

Senior Superintendent of Police, Mohali, Satinder Singh said, “We are verifying the complaint.”

The complaint

Three doctors in the hospital administration complained that “an employee of the hospital is illegally procuring injections from the hospital pharmacy and selling it on black market. The invoice of injections and an audio clip has been brought to the notice of the district administration.
