The school organised an informative and interactive workshop on the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, aiming to create awareness among students and the faculty about child safety and legal protections. The session witnessed active participation from the stakeholders. The workshop featured renowned legal expert Chief Judicial Magistrate Iram Hasan as the keynote speaker, who provided a comprehensive overview of the POCSO Act, its key provisions, and the importance of a safe and secure environment for children. Participants learned about identifying signs of abuse, reporting mechanisms, and the role of schools and guardians in ensuring child protection. Principal Dr Puja Waalia Mann addressed the gathering, emphasising the significance of creating a safe space for children.
