Potholes on Pathankot- Mandi Highway

A1-km stretch near Bateess Meel on the Pathankot-Mandi National Highway is full of potholes. A deep pothole near Batees Meel has become particularly accident-prone, especially to people riding two-wheelers. At night, the speeding four-wheelers face problems while crossing this stretch. As the commuters are facing a lot of inconvenience, the NHAI authorities should repair it, so that mishaps can be avoided.

Mention cost of services outside ‘patwar khanas’

Nowhere outside any ‘patwar khaha’, the cost of services provided by patwaris are mentioned. As a result, patwaris charge money as per their own sweet will. For the convenience of people, the Revenue Department should put up a board outside these offices, detailing the cost of services and the time it would take. — Kultar Guleria, Dharamsala
