After the hour-long hearing on Sunday afternoon that saw the Uttar Pradesh Government’s Advocate General Raghvendra Singh presenting his arguments and responding to the court’s questions, the Division Bench of Chief Justice Govind Mathur and Justice Ramesh Sinha reserved their order for Monday.

Earlier in the day, the court termed as “highly unjust” the action of the state government of putting up the hoarding of the alleged anti-CAA protesters against whom Additional District Magistrates (ADMs) have passed recovery orders.
