PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, 14 GTC, Subathu
The school organised an Alumni Meet. The meet was attended by 40 distinguish alumni from various departments/organisations. The meet started with the lighting of lamp, followed by welcoming of the alumni with welcome card and Himachali cap by venue Principal Asha Chaudhari. She congratulated all distinguished members for achieving success in their professional career and also requested them to remain associated with the vidyalaya. It was followed by the introduction of the alumni. Sunil Pal (Alumnus of 2010), Section Officer, Deputy Director, Solan, shared his experiences and memories. Sunil Kumar, PGT (Geography), briefed the gathering on the topic “Vidyanjali - A School Volunteer Programme”. All gathered alumni shared their memories and experiences and recalled the memories of their schooling. They also participated in Himachali folk dance and a few alumni gave their individual performances. All alumni enjoyed lunch with the principal and teachers. Sunil Kumar, PGT (Geography), Sushma, PGT (English), Sanghmitra, TGT (Art & Craft) and all other members of PM Shri KV, Subathu, extended their help to make the alumni meet a grand success. The meet concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by senior-most teacher of the vidyalaya Dr Pankanj Kapoor, PGT (Hindi).
