Punjabi singer Gurnam Bhullar’s performance in the evening was the main event. He regaled the audience with his hit numbers.

The 10-day-long cultural extravaganza will showcase a plethora of programmes, including folk songs and folk dances of various states of the country, besides certain engaging stage and ground performances by folk artistes.

The heritage street and the typical utopian Punjab village set up at the venue, offering a typical rural metaphor, were the perfect happening spots for the mela enthusiasts. They were excited to be completely soaked in a rural ambience and were happy to click selfies.
