Preneet Kaur thanks PM Modi for securing youth’s release from Russia

BJP Leader Preneet Kaur expressed her gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his successful diplomatic efforts in securing the release of all the Indian youths who were forcibly recruited to fight in the Russia-Ukraine war today.
In a statement released today, Preneet Kaur said, “I want to thank PM Modi for his efforts in bringing back our youth from the Russia-Ukraine war. His leadership and diplomacy are commendable, and we are grateful for his unwavering commitment to the safety and wellbeing of citizens of this country.”
BJP’s Preneet Kaur had been pursuing the case of all the Indian youths who was starnded in Russia. In particular she took up the case of Gurpreet Singh, a resident of Dakala village in Patiala constituency.
On April 2, Preneet kaur wrote a letter to External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar, demanding intervention to ensure the safe passage of these youngsters back to their homeland of India.
The mother of Gurpreet Singh, Baljinder Kaur (42) expressed her gratitude to Preneet Kaur and Prime Minister Modi. She said, “I am forever grateful to Preneet Kaur for taking my son’s case seriously and helping us secure his return. Today, with the news of the PM securing their return, our days have been filled with hope and joy. We eagerly await Gurpreet’s arrival.”
