Patiala'Bikram College alumni revisit alma mater

Bikram Alumni Global Association of the Government Bikram College of Commerce here hosted its alumni meet, “Home Coming: 2024”, at the college on Saturday.

The alumni celebrated the enduring bond between them and their alma mater. The event began with the traditional lighting of the lamp by the governing body of the association, followed by the college “Dhuni”.

Its president, Mohinder Singh Mann, a former ADGP, in his presidential address, lauded the college, which, he said, was a pioneer in the field of commerce. Distinguished alumni delivered inspiring talks, sharing their professional journeys and achievements.

The alumni revisited their favourite spots on the campus. Principal Kusum Lata welcomed all dignitaries and expressed her gratitude for their consistent support to the college over the years. Alumnus Rattan Lal Gupta, president and CEO of Sunray Group of Hotels, Ontario, donated funds for an open gym, canteen furniture and three air-conditioners for the college campus.
