The Rashtriya Bajrang Dal and the Shiv Sena (UBT) organised separate protest demonstrations against the rising terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir in recent times.

The Bajrang Dal also protested against the National Conference (NC) chief Farooq Abdullah over his recent remarks that ultras should be captured rather than killed in order to uncover the actual perpetrators behind the surge in attacks.

The Bajrang Dal demanded that action must be taken against the terror infrastructure in Pakistan Occupied J&K (PoJK) in order to end the terrorism.

Organisations’ president Rakesh Kumar during protest demonstration condemned Farooq Abdullah’s statement and also asked the government to act against the perpetrators of the armed insurgency due to which many innocents have lost their lives in recent past.

Rakesh said, “Farooq had stated that terrorists should not be killed but arrested. We should apologise to the country for such statement”.

Meanwhile, J&K unit of Shiv Sena (UBT) also condemned the grenade attack on Sunday market near Tourist Reception Center (TRC) in Srinagar on Sunday in which 12 persons were injured. The unit also warned terrorist organisations to stop nefarious and cowardly activities.

Shiv Sena J&K chief Manish Sahni also criticised the alleged failure of the intelligence agencies due to which such attacks are not stopped.

Sahni said, “In the last 20 days, seven terrorist attacks have taken place in which 12 innocent people and two soldiers have been martyred and almost the same number of common people and soldiers have been injured.”
