The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) district office “Karna Kamal,” witnessed celebrations on Wednesday as all five newly elected MLAs from Karnal district arrived to a warm reception. Party workers and leaders gathered to congratulate and welcome the victorious candidates, who were greeted with enthusiasm.

The elected MLAs include Jagmohan Anand from Karnal, Harvinder Kalyan from Gharaunda, Ram Kumar Kashyap from Indri, Bhagwan Das Kabirpanthi from Nilokheri, and Yoginder Singh Rana, who secured seats for the BJP in the Haryana Assembly elections. The jubilant atmosphere at the BJP office reflected the party’s stronghold in the district, where it managed to retain all five seats.

District officiating president Brij Gupta former minister Shashipal Mehta, former Mayor Renu Bala Gupta, former OSD to CM Sanjay Bathla and other prominent leaders and workers welcomed them at the party office.

The newly elected MLAs assured the party workers that they were committed to address the concerns and issues of the people of their constituencies. They promised to be the voice of the people in the Assembly and work tirelessly for the welfare and development of their respective constituencies.

“We are grateful for the trust the people have expressed in us, and we will work diligently to meet their expectations. I also assure the dignity of all party workers,” said Jagmohan Anand, elected BJP MLA from Karnal. He emphasised that the continuous and intensive campaigning led by Union Minister Manohar Lal Khattar across all five seats had a major impact on the ground, contributing to their success.

Harvinder Kalyan, the elected MLA from Gharaunda, echoed similar sentiments, highlighting the hard work put in by the party workers at the grassroots level. “The trust shown by the people is a result of the efforts made by our party at every level. We are determined to repay this trust by working hard for the development of our constituencies,” said Kalyan.

Brij Gupta, district officiating president, also thanked the people of Karnal district for the victory of all five candidates. “I am sure all five newly elected MLAs will address the issues of the people of Karnal promptly,” said Gupta.
