A four-seater aircraft used for training crashed near Rui village in Indapur taluka of Pune district, hours after its take-off from Baramati-based Carver Aviation Academy on Tuesday.
The trainee pilot, who was flying solo, sustained a fracture in the right hand. His condition is stated to be stable now. A technical snag may have caused the crash, the police said. pTI
