The school organised an educational visit for its students to the fourth season of the Literature Festival ‘Abhivyakti’, held at the Army Women’s Welfare Association Fest in Chandimandir. Thirty enthusiastic NSS volunteers, along with NSS Programme Officers, attended the event. The theme of ‘Abhivyakti Season-4’ — “Explore, Express, and Experience” — provided a unique platform for students to interact with renowned writers, share their literary interests, and delve into the world of storytelling. The festival aimed to inspire young minds by offering a wide range of activities that catered to literature enthusiasts and those interested in exploring the military lifestyle. The event featured various interactive workshops, displays of new-generation military equipment, and a special visit to the Western Command War Museum and War Memorial. Students also had the chance to explore several stalls showcasing creative arts and enjoyed a variety of culinary delights at the food stalls. Commenting on the visit, Principal Dr Parveena John Singh said, “The ‘Abhivyakti’ festival was a fantastic opportunity for our students to broaden their literary horizons while gaining valuable insights into the lives of our armed forces. It was a perfect blend of culture, creativity, and learning, allowing our students to explore new perspectives and experiences outside the classroom.”
