Chandigarh, September 17
Mohali reports three deaths and 278 COVID-19 cases on Thursday, taking the district’s death total to 151.
The coronavirus tally stands at 7,652.
In the last 24 hours, about 236 have been cured of the deadly disease.
COVID-19 death:
1. A 55-year-old man from Kharar died at Sohana Hospital. He had kidney and lung disease.
2. A 60-year-old woman from village Badana at Civil Hospital, Ambala.
3. An 80-year-old man from Desumajra died at Gian Sagar.
Sharing details, Civil Surgeon Dr Manjit Singh, said, that two men and one woman died due to the virus in the last 24 hours. He revealed that the deceased, include a 55-year-old male from Kharar, who died at Sohana Hospital, was suffering from kidney and lung disease, an 80-year-old man from Desumajra, who died at Gian Sagar Hospital, in Banur, and a 60-year-old woman from village Badana, who died at Civil Hospital, in Ambala.
