With an aim to spread greenery and develop quality infrastructure, Ludhiana North MLA Madan Lal Bagga kick started a project to renovate four parks near Jandu Chowk and Akash Puri in ward number 83 (new ward number 70) of Ludhiana North constituency on Tuesday.

Two parks are situated near Jandu chowk while two are situated in Akash Puri. These parks would be renovated at a cost of around Rs 38 lakh.

While inaugurating the project, MLA Bagga said that the parks are being renovated after getting feedback from the area residents. Proper playing area for children, seating area, footpaths etc would be developed in the parks as suggested by the area residents.

Bagga said green belts and parks are being developed across Ludhiana North constituency for providing green spaces to the residents where they can spend time with friends and family.

He further stated that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) led state government is committed to provide quality infrastructure to residents and this project to renovate the parks would be completed within this month.
