Talking to the Local Bodies Minister, Dhaliwal said, “Around 1.25 lakh devotees visit Amritsar daily and that is why we are touring the city on an e-rickshaw to know about the problems of the city being faced by residents.” During the journey, Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal told the Municipal Commissioner that it is a heritage city and we have to make efforts to develop the city. “Under the leadership of Dr Ravjot Singh, there is no scarcity of funds and people should not face any problem related to sanitation, water sewer and power. Get funds from Dr Ravjot and address the issues. It is our duty to keep the city clean as people love the holy city,” said Dhaliwal.

Dhaliwal said he along with the Municipal Commissioner visits the city every evening and addresses problems. We are fulfilling the promises made to the public. He said that is why, he made you sit in the e-rickshaw and offered you tea at a stall so that his city can become better.
