Milkha Singh stable, wife under observation
Chandigarh: Iconic former Indian sprinter and resident of the city Milkha Singh continues to be stable. However, his wife Nirmal Milkha Singh, former Indian volleyball team skipper, is under strict observation at the hospital, said doctors. “Milkha Singh continues to be stable. Man held with illicit liquor
Chandigarh: Hallo Majra resident Paryanshu was allegedly arrested with 240 bottles of illicit liquor near the Zirakpur barrier, Raipur Khurd, on Friday. The police said a case under Section of 61-1-14 of the Excise Act had been registered. TNS

Two POs land in police net
