The school organised its first cross country race. Students of classes III to XI took part in the race. Class XII students demonstrated exemplary responsibility by assisting teachers in maintaining discipline. There were three categories — Class III to V, Class VI to VIII, Class IX to XI. First, second and third positions were awarded in each category. Karnail Singh, DSP of Mohali Traffic Police, was the chief guest. He distributed prizes to winners and encouraged the students to take part in sports and save themselves from drugs. Principal Dr Sukhwinder Singh Dhillon thanked DSP Karnail Singh and Admin member Nirmal Singh Kahlon for their presence on the occasion. Refreshment was given to students.
