The Congress on Wednesday congratulated Donald Trump, who won the 2024 US presidential election, with party chief Mallikarjun Kharge and Lok Sabha LoP Rahul Gandhi sending their wishes to him.

“Congratulations on your victory, Donald Trump! Wishing you success in your second term as US President. All the best to Kamala Harris in her future endeavours,” Gandhi wrote on X. “On behalf of Congress, we extend our congratulations to President Trump,” Kharge said.
