Luxury flat sold for Rs 190 cr in Gurugram
Almost 10 days after seeing a record hike of 30 per cent in the collector rate, Gurugram has now become the seat of the biggest housing deal of Delhi NCR.
Retaining its tag of ultra-luxury exclusive address, DLF’s Camellias saw a 16,290 sq ft apartment being sold for Rs 190 crore to Info-x Software Technology Pvt Ltd through its director Rishi Parti.
Headquartered in Gurugram, Info-x provides cutting-edge logistics solutions for freight forwarders, shippers and carriers. The company employs around 150 staff and operates in 15 countries. Spread across 17.5 acres, The Camellias is the ultimate luxury residence promising a 7-star experience. The country’s wealthiest and most successful people reside here — from industrialists, CEOs, start-up founders, and the who of Delhi’s elite club.
The deal that has not just earned the Millennium City a stamp duty of Rs 13 crore is amongst the biggest ones in the country and the highest in the NCR.
The deal, sealed early this month, has placed the per sq feet price of the apartment at Rs 1.18 lakh per sq feet on super area and Rs 1.82 lakh per square feet on carpet area. The deal has beat premium posh regions in Delhi like Amrita Shergill Marg where a 2500 sq yard house has been listed at Rs 250 crore on December 7 with per sq feet rate at around Rs 1 lakh.
The deal has not only re-established Gurugram’s supremacy in the NCR market but taken it way ahead of India’s luxury capital Mumbai where the highest price is around 1,62,700 per sq feet.
The deal has also drawn the attention of buyer Rishi Parti. Rishi Parti, 47, is a seasoned entrepreneur and angel investor. Besides Info-x, he is also a director in three other companies, including Find My Stay Pvt Ltd and Integrator Ventures Pvt Ltd. However, his primary focus remains on Info-x Software Technology, which he co-founded in 2001 at the age of 24.
