MLA inaugurates Rs 5.67 cr dev works
Aiming to establish quality infrastructure across the constituency, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated development projects worth around Rs 5.67 crore in different areas of Ludhiana central constituency on Friday. MLA Prashar firstly inaugurated the project to construct new Madhopuri puli over Buddha nullah (New ward 10 and old ward 58) at a cost of around Rs 1.96 crore.
Further, MLA Prashar kick started the projects to reconstruct streets in different areas of the constituency including Amarpura (new ward 75 and old ward number 52), Janakpuri (new ward 80 and old ward 53), Hari Kartar colony and Cheema colony (new ward 79 and old ward 55), near Kusht Ashram (new ward 76 and old ward 63), New Shivaji Nagar and Hargobind Nagar (new ward 79 and old ward 55) and Mohalla Bhardwaj (new ward number 84 and old ward number 60).
Prashar also inaugurated tubewell projects in Dhandiya Mohalla (new ward 84 and old ward 60) and Madhopuri area (new ward 10 and old ward 58).
These projects to reconstruct streets and for installing tubewells are being taken up at a cost of around Rs 3.71 crore.
