Cops hand over the victim to his kin in Ludhiana.

The Ludhiana police claimed to have traced a 35-year-old visually challenged man, Kamta Prasad, a resident of Hamirpur, Uttar Pradesh. He had left his house without telling anybody.

Family members of the victim had been searching for him and they came to know that about a month ago, he was seen near the Ludhiana bus stand.

After getting information, in-charge, CIA 2, Ludhiana, constituted teams and found Kamta in Model Town here. His family members were called from UP and he was handed over to them.
