Ludhiana MC chief conducts surprise inspection at Zone B office

Municipal Corporation (MC) Commissioner Aaditya Dachalwal conducted a surprise inspection at the MC’s Zone B office near Shingar Cinema here on Thursday.

The aim was to encourage officials and staff to serve the public with transparency and efficiency.

Dachalwal inspected the building and issued directions to staff to ensure cleanliness. He also inspected the zonal suvidha kendra and directed staff to serve the public on the ‘first come, first served’ basis.

Dachalwal directed the staff to ensure public dealing and their grievances, if any, should be resolved at the earliest.

Earlier in the day, he also inspected the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) of the MC established under the Smart City Mission at the MC’s Zone D office in Sarabha Nagar.

Directions were issued to the staff concerned for proper monitoring through CCTV cameras across the city to check encroachments.
