BCM Arya model
Ludhiana: To stimulate students with a vision of success, BCM Arya Model, Shastri Nagar, organised a session titled ‘Students Serve Up Success: Exploring Hospitality and Culinary Arts’. The event aimed to inspire students to embark on exhilarating career journeys in these dynamic fields. The event engaged approximately 50 students and faculty members, eager to explore the vast possibilities that these industries offer. During the interactive session, the resource person, Dr D’Souza, delivered a comprehensive overview of the hospitality and culinary arts industries, highlighting emerging trends, opportunities, and essential skills. He encouraged students to explore the vast array of career paths available, from hotel management to fine dining cuisine.
Police DAV Public School
Punjab Ved Prachar Mandal and Bharat Vikas Parishad’s Vivekananda Branch organised Vedic declamation at Police DAV Public School with an aim to encourage young speakers to express their thoughts and perspectives, fostering critical thinking and confidence. As many as 21 schools participated in the competition, delivered speeches on Vedic culture and contemporary issues. The event was organised under the guidance of Dr Anu Verma, principal. The programme was inaugurated by Dr Neetu Sethi, principal of Modern College of Education, Shergharh Chima; Sushma Mathur, principal, Mahavir Jain Educational Institution; Rajeev Kheda, former GM of Punjab National Bank, and Anubhav Jain, financial director, Shifali Group of Schools.
