Keshvam Thapar, a talented young skater from Ludhiana, has made his city proud by winning a bronze medal in the 62nd National Roller Skating Championship. The championship was held at Mysuru in Karnataka from December 5 to 15.

Keshvam, a student of Class IX at BCM Arya Model Senior Secondary School secured bronze medal in 3,000m relay race, marking a significant milestone in his skating career.

A trainee of senior skating coach, JS Dhaliwal at the skating coaching centre, run here at the Leisure Valley skating rink, Sarabha Nagar, Keshvam had won gold medal in one-lap road race in the National Ranking Roller Skating Championship, held at Amritsar, last year.
