Local dietician honoured at event in Delhi

Dietician Isha Vashisht, Director of AP Organics Limited, Dhuri, was honoured with the title of ‘Most Admired Wellness Expert in India’ at a prestigious event held recently at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The function was organised by SRSF India in association with the Ministry of Food Processing and the Ministry of Textile. She received the award from Chirag Paswan, Minister of Food Processing Industries, Government of India, was the chief guest at the event.

Dr Vashisht has been dedicated to educating the masses about healthy eating habits and lifestyle choices through her channel, ‘Forever Healthy With Isha,’ across various platforms. She has been particularly focused on raising awareness about the health benefits of a nutraceutical, gamma oryzanol.

Dr AR Sharma, Chairman of AP Organics, highlighted that gamma oryzanol was a unique nutrient extracted from rice bran. He added that numerous international studies had confirmed its health benefits.
