Fitness is…
According to me a healthy mind resides in a fit and healthy body. Being fit helps not just my body but also my mind. I can say that since I take far less time in thinking and acting upon something in comparison to when I do not workout.
Dietary needs…
I have a normal diet, which includes homemade food like dal, sabzi and chapatis. I do keep in mind to include some extra protein in my daily food intake through eggs, boiled chicken and protein shake.
Must-have accessories…
Dumbbells.
Workout routine…
I workout every evening for two hours. There’s weight training, cardio and some floor exercises followed by a set of cool down breaking patterns. Repetition is the key to my workout.
The day starts with…
I wake up around noon since I am awake till 3-4 in the morning working on my music. I make sure to have two-three glasses of water the first thing I get up and then it is an hour or more helping my mother in the domestic works.
Breakfast, lunch & dinner…
Like I said, it is very simple. So, for breakfast I have either bread omelette, sandwich or boiled eggs with tea or milk. Lunch is simple chapati, daal and sabzi. Then, in the evening it is time for the pre-workout meal I have, boiled chicken, salad or something else that is high in protein.
Can’t resist
Spicy food and some of the junk food like pizza and burger.
Sport boy
I skate a lot. I think everyone knows how active in sports I was during my school and college. Even today, I love it and spend hours doing it.
To be healthy
Say no to unhealthy food, follow a fixed workout routine, even if it means giving up partying with friends.
Fitness mantra
I believe workout is only 30 per cent of the game, the mail effort lies in being aware of what you eat, that consists of the 70 per cent in fitness.
Cheat meal means…
All the calories of a week to be consumed in a single day. My cheat meals are all about paranthas, lots of sweets, ghee and butter.
Food cravings
I love pizzas and have a big sweet tooth, so it has to be these two things.
Indoor vs outdoor
In the end, what matters most is that you do not miss your daily exercise. Having said that, since the Covid-19, I do miss going to the gymnasium.

A piece of advice…
I do feel that our fitness has a direct effect on our life, our decisions. Being fit should be a habit. It helps you live a good life.
